We will work with you to create a bespoke Management Agreement that is tailored specifically towards your needs. We will discuss the length of the contract, the rent, and much more.

That’s it! Once we’ve got the keys, we will start our Staging Process in order to get the property ready for our Guests. You can now sit back and enjoy your guaranteed rent every month, without having to deal with tenants ever again.
